Pressure washing quote template
Pressure washing is priced by surface, so the quote should list each surface with its area and rate. That keeps it fair, easy to adjust and hard to argue with.
Line items to include
- Each surface on its own line (driveway, house wash, patio or deck, fence, walkway, roof soft wash) with square or linear feet.
- A minimum visit line so small jobs still cover your drive time.
- Any add-ons: sealing, gutter brightening, rust removal.
- Water access: say whether you use the customer's tap or bring water.

Example rates only: $0.25 per sq ft for flat surfaces and $0.20 for siding. Use your own. The builder's Pressure washing preset lists common surfaces with starter rates you can edit.
