Cleaning quote template
A cleaning quote that wins the job is short, specific and easy to say yes to. Here is what to put on it, and a builder that does the layout for you.
What a cleaning quote should include
- Your business name and phone, so the customer can reply in one tap.
- The scope: type of clean (standard, deep, move-out), bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often.
- The price per visit, with the recurring discount shown as its own line so it looks like a deal.
- Add-ons as separate lines: inside fridge, inside oven, interior windows.
- A valid-until date so the price does not float forever.
- Terms in one sentence: when payment is due and what you need from the customer (access, pets).
