House cleaning estimate calculator
Most house cleaners price from a simple formula: a base rate, plus a rate per bedroom and bathroom, then a multiplier for deep or move-out cleans and a discount for recurring customers. The free builder does that arithmetic as you tap, and every rate is yours to change.
The formula the builder uses
price = (base + per-bedroom x bedrooms + per-bathroom x bathrooms) x clean-type multiplier, minus the recurring discount, rounded to whole dollars.
The starting rates are placeholders, not market data: base $60.00, $25.00 per bedroom, $20.00 per bathroom, deep clean at 160% of standard, move-out at 180%, and recurring discounts of 20% weekly, 15% every two weeks and 10% monthly. Set your own after you know your costs.
What those starting rates produce
| Home | Standard | Deep | Standard, every 2 weeks |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bed, 1 bath | $105.00 | $168.00 | $89.00 |
| 2 bed, 1 bath | $130.00 | $208.00 | $110.00 |
| 3 bed, 2 bath | $175.00 | $280.00 | $149.00 |
| 4 bed, 3 bath | $220.00 | $352.00 | $187.00 |
| 5 bed, 3 bath | $245.00 | $392.00 | $208.00 |
Check your numbers
- Time on site x your hourly cost x the number of cleaners, plus supplies and travel.
- Your add-ons (inside oven, fridge) should be priced as separate lines, not buried in the base.
- Recurring discounts should still leave a margin once the first deep clean is behind you.
