Pricing questions
Is the free version really free?
Yes. Unlimited reels at 720×1280 with all looks, all tracks and all title cards, no signup. The only difference is a short "Made with Plainsum Reels" end card.
What does Pro add?
No end card, 1080×1920 export, your logo and headshot on the contact card, and a brand color saved on your device.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your Creem receipt email or your Creem order page. Pro follows the subscription: once the license is no longer active, Pro switches off on your devices at their next automatic check, which happens every 3 days. Nothing is stored on a Plainsum server, so there is nothing else to delete.
Does Pro work on more than one device?
Yes, on up to 3 of your devices with the same key. Use Deactivate on the activation page to move it.
What happens if I am offline?
Pro keeps working for 7 days after a check could not reach the license server, then pauses until the next successful check. Making reels itself never needs the network.
